2. Service Booking
- Service appointments can be booked by calling +91 888 999 3437 or through our website contact form.
- We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time.
- We operate from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing and Payment
- A service visit charge may apply for diagnosis, which will be communicated before the visit.
- Final repair costs will be quoted after diagnosis and require your approval before work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept cash and common digital payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Service Warranty
- We provide a limited warranty on parts replaced and labor performed.
- Warranty duration varies by service type and will be communicated at the time of repair.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by a third party after our service.
- Warranty covers only the specific issue repaired and does not cover new or unrelated faults.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance for our technician.
- Be present or have an authorized adult present during the service visit.
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions at the service location.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shree Balaji Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the repair performed.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
